1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Dual Digital Network, doing business as Room Rental Network ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.

2. SMS & Messaging Program

By providing your phone number, you verify that you are the owner of that number and you expressly consent to receive text messages from Dual Digital Network regarding your room search, listings, or account verification.

• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with listings.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
• Support: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance.

3. Platform Disclaimer (Nature of Services)

Room Rental Network is a platform that connects accommodation seekers with independent landlords. We are not a real estate broker, lender, or property manager. We do not own, inspect, or manage the properties listed.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dual Digital Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, resulting from: (i) Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Site; (ii) Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site; (iii) Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
